Thank you for choosing Elvikom Lab for your repair needs. By booking a repair with us, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Charges:
  • £16 for shipping both ways (or £8 for return shipping) for parcels up to 20kg.
  • £26 for shipping both ways (or £13 for return shipping) for parcels over 20kg.
  • Additional charges may apply for optional services such as shipping insurance, shipping box, or express service.

Booking Process

• Fill out our Online Form to initiate your booking.
• We provide a pre-paid shipping label (Parcelforce couriers) for your convenience.
• Optional shipping insurance available at £20, covering parcels up to £1,000 against damage or loss in transit (non-refundable).
• Additional fee of £20 for laptops or £39 for iMac for shipping boxes (non-refundable).
• Express service options available: £99 for 24-hour service or £49 for 48-hour service (non-refundable).

Diagnosis and Repair

• Free diagnosis under our “No Fix – No Fee” policy, completed within 7 working days.
• Repair turnaround typically 1-2 working days, excluding special parts. Estimated time provided in diagnosis email if parts are required.
• Invoice issued upon completion of repair; device returned upon payment of invoice.
• Free insurance covers parcels against loss or damage in transit up to £60, provided by carrier’s standard protection.
• If you choose to send the parcel independently, it will not be covered by our insurance.

Additional Terms

• Express service time excludes shipping to and from our workshops and sourcing of spare parts.
• Elvikom Lab reserves the right to modify terms as necessary. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
